Shipping
We make every attempt to ship orders the same business day or next under normal conditions, but order processing may take longer if we experience high order volume, if the product is backordered, or if we are closed for a holiday. We are unable to guarantee that shipments will arrive in the exact time frame estimated due to a variety of conditions, including but not limited to customs delays and extreme weather.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees that your government imposes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in our shipping fee. Should the customer refuse the package because of these fees, or for any other reason, they are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order. We are not responsible for packages held or denied by customs in any destination country. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that some product images are digitally rendered and may not exactly represent the final appearance, texture, or finish of the product you receive.
Returns
We do not accept returns, with few exceptions. Certain types of items are never eligible for returns, including special orders, personalized products, and on sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us. Enter "Return Request" in the subject field, and be sure to include sufficient information in your message to allow us to locate your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any applicable laws or regulations in your country of residence may override the terms outlined in this policy. In such cases, the relevant government rules will take precedence.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
